Frequently Asked Questions

Hopefully, I’ve answered some of your questions below.
If not, feel free to email me.

What is your project turnaround time?

Depending on the complexity of your project, I am able to complete and branding and web design projects within 4-8 weeks. This is largely dependent on if all client deadlines within our creative process are met.

Do you charge hourly?

I only consider an hourly rate for past clients who are hiring me at a retainer for monthly work, including additional services that further elevate their brand. Otherwise, I use value-based pricing for my brand strategy and web design services.

Do you allow payment plans?

Yes, but for larger projects. For projects under $1,000, I require a 50% deposit prior to the start of the project, and the remaining 50% balance is due upon completion.

For projects over $1,000, you have the option of paying in two 50% installments or in four 25% installments due at each milestone of the project (prior to project start, after strategic planning, after website mockup approval, and completion of web design).

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payments via major credits, bank transfers, and Paypal. The invoice you receive will allow you to select your preferred payment option. If you prefer to pay with Paypal, please contact me, and I’ll send over my direct link.

Do you offer other marketing services that aren’t included inThe SignatureThe Works packages?

I do, but only for current and past clients. Additional marketing collateral pieces are best designed when there’s already familiarity with the brand. You owe it to your brand to keep the tone and look of each piece consistent.

Do you design blogs?

Yes! I love to help bloggers create their unique and customized digital spaces. If you are interested in having a blog designed, please indicate this on the contact form.

What if I’m not satisfied with my branding/and or web design?

Throughout the entire creative process of your project, we’ll be working very closely, so there shouldn’t be an unexpected final drafts. If you aren’t 100% happy with the design concepts/mockups during the process, please use the revision rounds to provide honest feedback so we can make sure we’re on the right track.

If you’re just over the entire project (which I’ll be working very hard to ensure you aren’t) and want to stop, notify me through email.

Do you offer printing services?

If I design anything for you that should be printed, I’m more than happy to see the project through the end. Ensuring the integrity of the intended design is definitely important! Any print job will incur an additional fee.
