Below are some common questions I’ve received over the years that may help you.
If you can’t find your question below, don’t hesitate to contact me!
How do you charge for your services?
I don’t provide pricing for a project up front. I prefer to meet with a potential client before determining pricing. This allows me to develop an understanding of the scope of and complexities involved with a project. Once the client and I have a general idea of what the project will entail, I will then provide a quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal is preferred, but I also accept cash payments.
What’s the best way to communicate with you?
I’m definitely accessible via email, but I also like to chat on the phone and via Google Hangout. If you have an idea in the middle of the night, just text me. =)
Do you offer printing services?
If I design anything for you that should be printed, I’m more than happy to see the project through the end. Enduring the integrity of the intended design is definitely important! Any print job will be completed through a third party printing company and will incur an additional fee.
Do you design blogs?
Yes! I love to help bloggers create their digital space. Blogs, like the websites I create, are also created and customized on WordPress (self-hosted site).
Do you offer other services that aren’t mentioned on your Services page?
I do offer miscellaneous branding-related services. Examples of miscellaneous services include media kits, packaging and label design, apparel, etc. Please contact me for more info.
Can you handle fast-turnaround projects (ie. 1-2 days)?
No, I can’t. Considering I’m only one person, I require at least 2 weeks notice before a requested deadline for printed projects and at least 4 weeks notice before a requested deadline for a web project.
What is your project turnaround time?
Depending on the scope of project, I’m able to complete web design projects between 3-8 weeks. Printed projects can be completed within 2-4 weeks. Of course, other projects I’m working on and their deadlines play a part in the project turnaround of a new project, but this will be discussed with the client.
What if I’m not satisfied with my design after 3 rounds of proofs?
I’ll be more than happy to work with you until you are completely satisfied, for an additional cost. I want you to your design!
